Enter your VIN, log your repair visits, and upload your service invoices. LemonIQ structures your repair history into a statutory evidence file — dates, defect descriptions, days out of service — and generates a pre-filled demand letter addressed to the OEM's legal department.
You e-sign your demand letter and LemonIQ dispatches it via certified mail. Federal and state lemon laws require the manufacturer to respond within a statutory window — typically 30 days. LemonIQ tracks the clock automatically. If the OEM responds with a fair resolution, you're done.
If the OEM ghosts your demand or responds inadequately, your case file is made available to law firms in our network. Firms browse anonymized case summaries — no personal information — and reach out if they want to take your case. You owe nothing unless they win.

Why we don't publish the firm list
We don't publish which firms are in our network, and that's intentional.
When consumers contact firms cold — before a demand letter has been filed — firms disengage. The case isn't packaged. There's no leverage. The consumer loses the structural advantage that a well-prepared case file creates.
Your case file is the product. When it's complete — demand sent, OEM clock expired — firms compete to take it. That dynamic works in your favor. Publishing the firm list ends it.
